With over 60 fitness classes per week, from high-intensity interval training to reconditioning and everything in between, we have all bases covered to ensure that your fitness journey is supported and structured. Our classes use long-standing fitness training principles as well as embed new trends and concepts, that will challenge and inspire you to achieve all your health and fitness goals. We regularly implement new approaches, equipment, and classes in order to offer the most exciting workout experience possible for our members.

ELEMENTS

Elements Fitness Classes offer balanced, challenging and engaging workouts inspired by natures elements: EARTH // STRENGTH, WATER // CARDIO AND MUSCULAR ENDURANCE, AIR // CARDIO INTERVAL TRAINING, FIRE //HIGH-INTENSITY POWER.

Utilising functional training at varied intensity; workouts are accessible, progressive and sustainable.

You will be instructed and supported by expert coaches and have access to top-of-the-line equipment.

HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

With cardiovascular improvements in mind, these classes use short sharp intervals to generate a tough feeling cardio workout. Shorter in duration, the format of these classes is designed to get the biggest training effect possible in a short period of time.

CONDITIONING & FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Using body weight exercises these classes are designed to give you a hybrid training effect of many different performance measures. Power, speed, strength, and stability are just some of the themes running through these sessions.

MIND & BODY

These classes consist of Yoga and Pilates, helping to restore, refresh and condition the body in preparation for the stresses of life and exercise. They can also be used to reduce the risk of injury in addition to helping existing injuries and pains.

CARDIO FITNESS

Cardio Fitness classes use mainly bodyweight training approaches. With repetitive movements and rhythms during the class, our fitness instructors create a cardio training effect. From running to jumping to punching, these classes are designed to kick your cardio to the next level.

KIDS

Featuring music and moves for kids and teens, our kids fitness classes combines fun and fitness in a way that children love
